HOPE Project

Bill and I decided to do the Disney Give a Day, Get a Day program, where you give a day of service at a selected charity and then Disney sends you tickets. The project we chose was in our own town and it was actually really fun. Not what you'd expect for a service project! We colored medalions that they are going to hang on peoples front doors as a message of hope. Then we drew pictures about why it's bad to smoke. Bill did a drunk driving simulator and then we got to go home. 2 hours of playing. It was very cold outside, but we're so glad we went. Our plan is to do one service project (at least) per month for this whole year! (not for tickets... you can only do that once, just so we can build some good character in our kids!)

Happy 1st Birthday Obadiah!!!

Isn't it amazing how fast the years fly by after you have kids? It seems like just a couple of months ago I had this 10 pound ball of a baby, but alas, he actually turned a whole year old! It's just craziness! Happy Birthday Obi. You sure loved your cake!

Happy 34th Birthday Husband Bill!!!

My Hubby turned 34. I told him he's an old man now, and it's a good thing he has a sexy, hot, young wife! He didn't like that to much. I think I gave him a complex. lol!
We went out to My Thai for dinner, it was delicious.
Kelly gave Bill a really nice shirt.
I love this picture!!!
Bill opened the rest of his presents at Jake and Vanessa's house. We also had his favorite Marie Calender Pies instead of cake. Delicious!
I love you old man!

Happy 3rd Birthday Mosiah!

My baby Mo turned 3 on the fifth. We had his party a day late so Grandma could be there. It was super fun. Mo wanted a Spiderman party. I asked Him "Mo, what do you want for your birthday?" Mo said "Spiderman!" I said "Mo what kind of cake do you want?" Mo said "Spiderman!" I said, "Mo, how old are you going to be?" Mo said "Spiderman!" The point was made, so my awesome friend Cambria Abbiss made an amazing cake! Not only awesome to look at but Delicious too!
We had a WIC appointment in the morning and they hooked him up with these awesome Potato Head Playdough things. We played with them all morning.
